First Free Sensory Event With the Special Olympics at Lubbock’s Main Event
It's the first Sensory Event to be held at Lubbock's Main Event with Special Olympics and it's free and open to the public Sunday January 27th from 9 am - Noon according to The Chamber of Commerce.
This special event has partnered with the Special Olympics and offers a quieter play environment that will avoid a lot of sensory excitement to accommodate those with special needs. Lighting will be adjusted, loud sounds minimized, arcade games will be turned off as well as the laser tag fog machines according to the great team member who answered our call at Main Event.
Everyone is invited to come out to enjoy this special toned down version of bowling, laser tag, glow golf, pool tables and shuffle board for three big free hours!
Don't miss this great Sunday morning community event with Main Event here in Lubbock at 6010 Marsha Sharp Freeway. You can follow this link to their website for more information.
