Ex-Corsicana ISD teacher Ramon Santuario-Mendoza is in the Navarro County Jail in lieu of $3 million bond, this a day after he was released on a reduced bond. According to KWTX, Mendoza is accused of groping students in class and has been charged with indecency with a child by sexual conduct.

He was arrested a third time Wednesday, one day after being released, for failing to meet conditions of the bond. According to Navarro County District Attorney Will Dixon, Mendoza was required to surrender his passport, wear an ankle monitor, remain in Navarro County, report to the county’s probation office weekly, stay away from places where children gather and avoid social media. Dixon says the new warrant was issued because Mendoza did not get the ankle monitor or check into the probation department.

In a Facebook post, D.A. Dixon said a total of seven cases are pending against Mendoza.

Mendoza was an English as a second language teacher at Sam Houston Elementary School in Corsicana.
