Funeral Services Have Been Set For Sheriff Gary Painter

Sunday morning, Midland County residents woke to the news of the passing of long time sheriff, Gary Painter.

Sheriff Painter was the Sheriff of Midland County for 34 years.

A memorial site has been set up at the Sheriff's Office, 400 S. Main Building A in Sheriff Painter's Parking spot. A viewing for Sheriff Gary Painter will take place on Wednesday, May 29, 2019 from 4pm-6pm at Nalley-Pickle & Welch funeral home located at 3800 N. Big Spring Street in Midland. The funeral service is scheduled for Thursday at 2pm at the Horseshoe located at 2514 Arena Trail in Midland.
