Google Assistant Can Now Make Appointment Phone Calls For You Like A Human [VIDEO]

If you haven't seen this yet, its the coolest/scariest thing I've ever seen. Google Duplex has an AI voice assistant that can call and make appointments for you. The person on the other end of the phone never even knows they're talking to a computer either.

This video shows you how far AI tech has come. The computer can recognize questions asked by the human on the other end of the line and respond like another human. The AI even responds with an "mm-hmm" when the person at the salon asks "her" to hang on a second! Creepy.

Soon enough I can see computers calling other computers and people never see each other again. Its coming.
