Governor Abbott Issues Order Terminating Air Travel Restrictions

On Thursday, May 21st, Governor Greg Abbott issued an Executive Order terminating air travel restrictions related to the COVID-19 pandemic.

This new order effectively terminates all restrictions contained in a previous order that mandated temporary quarantines for air travelers arriving from California, Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, Washington, Atlanta, Chicago, Detroit or Miami.

Travelers from these locations were previously ordered to self-quarantine for 2 weeks.
