Hollis Daniels Makes First Court Appearance

Hollis Daniels, the man charged with the murder of Texas Tech Police Officer Floyd East, Jr., made his first court appearance Friday for a pre-trial hearing.

The shooting of Floyd East, Jr. happened back on Texas Tech's campus in 2017.

The pre-trial hearing was a routine procedure, and the case is still pending.

Court records have yet to list a specific trial date.
