It’s Now Official: The Lost Cajun Is Coming to Lubbock
It's now official that The Lost Cajun is going to be built in the Hub City and opening soon.
A building permit was requested last week for the almost 2,500-square foot restaurant at a value of almost $370,000.
The company specializes in beignets and gumbo. Of course, these are two of our favorites. The company has not announced an opening date, but says they're expecting to be open in the late spring or summer of this year.
The new location will be at 6810 Milwaukee Ave. And you can read the whole story about the legend of Hurricane Barry by clicking here!
