Ever since the Netflix movie with the bad ending Leave the World Behind came out, people have been freaking out about similar occurrences happening in the real world.
Some interpreted the scene in the video at the bottom of this article as one of those occurrences. A group of blackbirds took over a shopping center in Houston, Texas and just... stood there frozen.

Well, What Are They?
The person who posted the video refers to them as Ravens. Others say Blackbirds. Grackle was also thrown. Not to worry anybody reading this, but a group of Grackles is called a plague.
So we got that going for us, which is nice.

One creative rascal even suggested this might be the work of the notorious Saint Nick, Santa Clause himself.
