5 Allergy-Friendly Dishes to Serve this Thanksgiving
It is finally that time of year when calorie counts go out the window and everyone gets a pass to stuff their faces and take the biggest nap of their life, free of any life consequences.
Thanksgiving is many people’s favorite holiday simply for the slew of delicious dishes you get to enjoy. From turkey to pumpkin pie, there are so many great foods to enjoy. I am personally a big green bean casserole, rolls, and cranberry sauce lover, while other’s favorites are things like mashed potatoes, sweet potato casserole, or a warm slice of pie.
While all of these dishes sound amazing to most of us, some people will feel disappointed because there is often something in these recipes that they can’t have due to an allergy. The two most common allergies that cause this reaction include dairy and gluten.
