Go Hate LP&L on Facebook!
Somebody started a Facebook page called I Hate LP&L a few years ago. Since pretty much everybody in Lubbock does indeed HATE LP&L, they've always had fans. Now that LP&L is acting more mafioso than ever before, traffic on the page has SKYROCKETED! Even the mayor has chimed in!
Go follow the hatred here

Live Music at Rosco's
Junior Vasquez is at Rosco's at 4th & Frankford starting at 8pm. I haven't been there yet, but I hear they have some sort of 'ice rail' to sit your beer on. That sounds kind of cool...

Live Music at Bar PM
Get there early to hear my friend Spivey from 6-8. Stick around because Touch of Soul starts at 10:30 pm. They also have a $1 Pabst Blue Ribbon special from 5pm - 7pm!

Watch the 'British Open'
First-round Play of the "British Open" actually started at 3:00 A.M. on ESPN, but you can see the replays all day today.

Watch 'Sharknado'!
If you missed it the first time, you can catch it tonight. It's on the SyFy channel (Suddenlink channel 264) starting at 6pm!

Mike & Mark at Jack & Dianne's
Mike Pritchard & Mark Wallney will be at Jack & Diane's from 7pm - 10pm. Two of Lubbock's best musicians on one stage...at a GREAT venue! 2309 North Frankford.
