If you're tired of all the boring, cookie-cutter junk the major studios belch into theaters, here are a couple crazy, low-budget flicks you might want to keep an eye out for that look pretty far out of the mainstream.

First, we've got 'Osombie'. Here's a brief plot synopsis: 'Osama Bin Laden returns from his watery grave and creates an army of zombie insurgents.' Awesome.

Of course, the U.S. Marines have something to say about his plans. The movie's tagline is 'Bin Laden Will Die Again'. Again...awesome.

If you like your villains a little more old-school, there's 'Iron Sky'. In this one, Nazis hightail it up to their secret moon base after losing World War 2 in 1945. And in 2018, they launch an ALL-OUT ATTACK on the Earth!

Here's the trailer for this one:

Sadly, neither one of these flicks has a release date. If you look at the 'Osombie' Facebook page, it sounds like that one might not even be finished filming.

'Iron Sky' is opening in a few countries in April, but the U.S. isn't one of them. At least not at this point. Chances are Americans won't see either of these until they hit DVD and Blu-Ray.
