Lubbock Skateboarding Is Having A Skate And BMX Contest [VIDEO]

Did you know Lubbock has a skate park? 2 actually. We even have a group called Lubbock Skateboarding. Where was all this when I was a skater in the 80's?

The Stubbs Skate and BMX Contest is October 21st at the Stubbs Skate Park, check the map below. The event is free to the public and $5 to contestants. There will also be free food, prizes and other giveaways so is looks like a fun family day.
