Lubbock’s New Toasted Tarts Bakery Opens Their Doors
This is the grand opening for the family-owned Lubbock bakery Toasted Tarts at 3407 98th Street.
They are serving up delicious coffee drinks, but we're going to have to wait just a few more days for their baked goods.
We stopped in for their opening, anticipating some delicious treats, and it seems their ovens didn't want to cooperate today, so we will have to wait until Tuesday (July 28th) for a taste of some of these delicious breads, muffins, cookies, croissants and more.
They talked to us about their pastry vision, with a leaning toward classic French. We can expect plenty of fresh-baked breads, including a specialty molasses bread plus gluten-free and sugar-free options as well.
We do have a sneak peek for you (gallery below), however. We're really looking forward to all the buttery fresh-baked goodness they'll have coming out of their ovens soon.
We wish them the very best with their wonderful new bakery. You can visit them online here. Congratulations on the big opening, and thanks for the tour.
