Police Arrest Man for Indecent Exposure Near Lubbock Park
A 21-year-old man has been arrested by Lubbock Police and charged with indecent exposure.
Ryan Christopher De La Garza was charged in connection with an indecent exposure case that occurred on March 2nd near a park in the 8700 block of Dover Avenue.
De La Garza was arrested Monday (March 12) and is believed to be a suspect in other indecent exposure cases in Southwest Lubbock.
De La Garza remains in custody at the Lubbock County Jail in lieu of a $50,000 bond.
