Monday morning, just one day after officially letting go of head coach Jason Garrett, the Dallas Cowboys have agreed to a 5-year with former Green Bay Packers coach Mike McCarthy to become the next head coach of the Dallas Cowboys.

McCarthy took this year off from coaching after spending 13 years with the Green Bay Packers from 2006-2018. He has compiled a very respectable record of 125-77-2, including 10 playoff victories which is second most among current coaches.

What do you think of the Cowboys' decision? Let us know on the Talk 1340 Facebook page.
