Texas Tech's basketball roster is coming together after commitments from De'Vion Harmon, D'maurian Williams, and Fardaws Aimaq. Williams has already signed with the Red Raiders and Fardaws Aimaq is in Chicago preparing for the NBA Draft.

The newest signee is De'Vion Harmon who transferred in from Oregon after playing his first two years in Oklahoma. Harmon averaged 10.8 points while shooting 36.7 percent from beyond the arc.

While Harmon has been around the country for collegiate basketball he's returning home to Texas with his transfer to Texas Tech. Harmon went to high school at Guyer High in Denton before heading to Oklahoma and Oregon.

Harmon shot 51 three-pointers for Oregon last year, which would have led Texas Tech in attempts. Kevin Obanor shot 48 threes from behind the arc. Harmon has played 91 collegiate games with 78 starts and has more than 50 double-digit games. He's averaged 10.2 points, 2.1 assists, 1.2 steals, and 2.6 rebounds per game in three seasons.

Harmon will play point guard for the Red Raiders along with true freshman Richard "Pop Pop" Isaacs. The Red Raiders are also adding plenty more talent to the roster with even transfers and high school prospects. That doesn't mean that the roster is complete though.

Theoretically, the Red Raiders have two scholarships available for players coming in. The Twittersphere is abuzz with who those players might be. In reality, the Red Raiders still don't know for sure that Fardaws Aimaq will return to college basketball. If he does, it will be as a Red Raider, but that will depend on his NBA Draft process and if he impresses the scouts at the NBA Combine.
