Watch Sandy Hook School Children Perform a Moving Rendition of ‘Over the Rainbow’
It's Wednesday, so you probably need a good cry. Here, watch this video. It's children from Sandy Hook Elementary performing 'Somewhere Over the Rainbow' on 'Good Morning America.' The kids recorded the song, with folk musician Ingrid Michaelson, at the home of former Talking Heads members Tina Weymouth and Christ Frantz.
The recording is available at the iTunes store, and proceeds from sales go to the Newtown Youth Academy and the United Way of Western Connecticut. Sorry, got something in our eyes. Wait, that's not debris. It's tons of tears.
