The U.S. Food and Drug Administration has issued the recall that affects around 250 stores.

According to ABC 13, listeria is the culprit -- the same bacteria that caused problems for Blue Bell ice cream in 2015 and led to a massive recall.

The sandwich in question is the sausage, egg and cheese breakfast sandwich that is manufactured by Progressive Gourmet Inc.

According to the report, the sandwiches were sold on March 3-4 and the label read: "Best Before: 07-AUG-2016"

So far, nobody has gotten sick. Starbucks has removed the sandwiches from stores already.

You are entitled to a full refund if you purchased one of these sandwiches on these days.
