There's a new website called Squabbler.com that lets you settle your arguments in a very YouTube-era way:  By uploading videos and letting complete strangers decide your fate. Both people in the argument upload a 30-second webcam video explaining their side.  Then you watch both videos and vote.  And whoever gets more votes wins the argument. The website DealNews.com compared the cheapest prices they could find for a bunch of different products over the last two years.  And they came up with a list of things that are expected to cost LESS in 2011 than they did last year. Not surprisingly, all of them are electronics.  Here are the top five.
