The Big 12 conference and the Big East have set their matchups for the second annual Big East-Big 12 Battle are set and Texas Tech will be hosting their matchup after traveling to DePaul last season.

The matchup was first reported by Jon Rothstein along with all of the other Big East-Big 12 games.
The Red Raiders are 0-2 against St John's all-time with a -19 point differential in the series and will seek to get their revenge sometime in December. Red Raider fans might be wondering why St. John's sounds so familiar. It's because the single-season block champion Tariq Owens transferred to Texas Tech after playing two seasons at the University.
