The WWII era B-25 bomber "Maid In The Shade" will be at the Preston Smith Airport September 24-30. And you can tour the plane, and some lucky few will get to fly in it too.

According to the Flying Legends Of Victory Tour website, this bomber is an extremely rare bird, indeed.

Built in 1944, the B-25 “Maid in the Shade” was developed by North American Aviation and used mainly as a low altitude strafe and skip bomber. Nearly 10,000 B-25s were produced and the B-25 Mitchell “Maid in the Shade” is one of 34 still flying today.

The plane will be available for many tours, and a few flights too. Grab the kids and let them walk through actual American history, and let it come alive in their minds. Get tickets and book flights at this link.
