The Cincinnati Reds took Cameron Warren in the 22nd round of the MLB Draft on Wednesday afternoon. The lone Red Raider Senior was not drafted last year so his stock has risen significantly in the last year.

In two seasons getting regular time for the Red Raiders Warren hammered the ball and has a career batting average of .338 and an OPS north of .1000. He added 154 RBI and 27 home runs for good measure. Warren was also great defensively playing a solid first base and accruing a .993 fielding percentage after 1000+ put outs.
