You Might Be Owed Up to $1,200 If Dish Network Called You
If you got a telemarketing call from DISH Network in 2010 or 2011, you might be able to get up to $1,200 per call.
DISH is alleged to have violated the federal "Do Not Call" registry by allowing a third-party vendor to place calls to folks who were on the list.
A federal judge determined that DISH knowingly and intentionally violated the law and ordered them to pay $1,200 per call.
So how do you know if you are one of the lucky folks?
