Here's something you may not have known:  CONAN O'BRIEN'S real-life sister KATE plays one of MARK WAHLBERG'S sisters in "The Fighter".

Kate makes her living as a special ed teacher in Brookline, Massachusetts . . . and this is actually her first acting role.  She plays Phyllis 'Beaver' Eklund
