United Family Corporate Dietician Brenda Garcia was just in the studio telling us about the 28-Day Challenge they are hosting at United Supermarkets, Market Street, and Amigos.

The idea is to take small steps each week or each day to improve your overall wellness. They're going to start easy by encouraging you to add in supplements - a multivitamin, an Omega-3 fatty acid supplement, and a probiotic.

The next week, they're encouraging you to curb hunger with fiber and water. It continues with daily ideas of smaller steps you can take to build toward those larger goals.
