Adding Fiber And Water To Your Diet Can Lead To A Healthier New You
Last week Market Street kicked off it's 28 Day Challenge. It's a new year and Market Street knows that many of you want a new and healthier you. Last week was the week you were supposed to probiotics to your diet.
This week, Corporate Dietician Brenda Duby announced that adding fiber and drinking water would be step number two. Duby said that fiber can make you feel fuller which should lead to less snacking throughout the day.
Duby also recommended drinking more water. If the thought of drinking water bores you, add some flavor! Duby said Market Street has a great selection of flavored water to choose from and that this weekend, you will be able to try some of the different ones they have available.
