Identity of Body Found in Levelland Released

Levelland Police have provided information regarding a dead person found near the intersection of 13th Street and West Avenue back on Wednesday, June 10th.

The victim was identified as 57-year-old Danny Rae Nations.

KAMC News reports that while the circumstances of the case were suspicious, it's believed the death was not homicide in nature.

Levelland Police will continue investigating the case as a homicide until the toxicology report and final autopsy report are received.
