Lubbock Police Department Reports the 911 System Is Down

At around 10 a.m. Tuesday morning (March 26th), the Lubbock Police Department reported that the 911 system for Lubbock and Lubbock County is down.

There has been no timeline given on when the 911 system may be functional again. In the meantime, the LPD has given alternative numbers citizens can call depending on the emergency that you have.
