It was in February of 1964 that the Beatles invaded America. Just about every company in the U.S. was attempting to cash in on this new teen sensation called 'Beatlemania'. Even the Chipmunks got in on the action!
As a matter of fact, it was August 22nd of that year that Liberty Records reported that the album 'The Chipmunks Sing The Beatles' was selling 25,000 copies A DAY! That's a lot of acorns...
