Peter Frampton Covers Buddy Holly On Current Solo Tour [VIDEO]

I think a lot of people don't realize how big Buddy Holly was across the pond. Another fan by the name of Peter Frampton (you might have heard of him) has popped up.

Frampton is apparently playing Holly's hit song Peggy Sue as part of his acoustic solo tour.

I actually have two videos for you. One is from Team Coco (AKA Conan O'Brien), which starts with an explanation on how he used the song to get a Boy Scouts badge. But in the true spirit of the landmark "Frampton Comes Alive," I've also included a live version which is better (he's just playing with more passion).

It's cool to see an artist celebrating our hometown boy after all of these years.
