And Just Like That, the Recently Closed 82nd Street Cafe Has a New Owner
According to a Facebook post, Smokin' Joe's has purchased the recently closed 82nd Street Cafe and will soon open Smokin' Joe's #3, which will carry a full menu.
82nd Street Cafe closed in July after 30 years of serving the Lubbock community.
When I drove by there on my my way to work, there were several vehicles in the parking lot, so they're working fast and furious to open as soon as possible.
Smokin' Joe's also has locations at 2001 Clovis Road and 3331 34th Street.
