With all of the rain we’ve been seeing in Texas this spring, we already have lots of mosquitos popping up and harassing anyone that dares step foot outside.

Lubbock's Public Health Department recently confirmed that West Nile Virus has been confirmed in Lubbock's mosquito population.

And there I was thinking I had a mosquito problem.

This product will allegedly attract, trap and kill all the mosquitos in your yard within 7 to 10 days.

On Tuesday, October 5th, the City of Lubbock confirmed that multiple mosquitoes in Lubbock had tested positive for West Nile Virus and St. Louis Encephalitis Virus.

This device will actually kill the mosquitos, and not only will it kill them, it will make them explode.

They're coming.

With mosquitoes soon to be gracing Lubbock County, here are some tips from the City of Lubbock to prevent mosquito breeding.

Does that seem like your life? It is mosquito season and you already know that you are going to be a hot mess of bites and bumps. You wear mosquito spray instead of perfume on a daily basis. You know that is just the way your life is going to go.

According to the City of Lubbock, some mosquitoes that were tested in the Lubbock area tested positive for West Nile Virus.

I would have bet money that Lubbock made this list, but we didn't, even though some far northern cities did.
