The Red Raiders are well represented in the brand new Madden game dropping in a few weeks. The newest installment not only has a Red Raider cover boy, it also has 16 other Red Raiders available to use not including Michael Crabtree who hasn't signed with a team yet this off-season.

Patrick Mahomes is obviously the highest rated Texas Tech alum at a solid, and positional high, 97. Better than Brady, Brees and Rodgers? Sounds right to me. Mahomes was built for Madden. He's the guy you make in the game anyway with a rocket arm and functional speed and a towel. You always add the towel option in create-a-player.

Other notable ratings include Jakeem Grant sitting at a respectable 75 at WR, it's a much higher rating as a return man, Keke Coutee starts the year at 73 and Danny Amendola is still kicking around the league at a solid 81. If you wanted to have an all Texas Tech receiver corps top it off with Derrick Willies, 64, and Dylan Cantrell, 69, nice. Cam Batson is also a notable addition to the Titans roster with killer speed but an overall of 66.

If you wanted to know about the other Red Raider QB options to back up Mahomes it's Davis Webb at a 57 and Baker Mayfield at an 83.

To fill out your all Red Raider offensive team it's DeAndre Washington, 73, at running back.

Here's a full list of the Red Raiders, their team and the rankings they will start the season with.
