Seth Collins transferred from Oregon State to Texas Tech before the 2018 season, was immediately eligible and started to become a legitimate threat as the season progressed. In his first season as a Red Raiders, he caught 32 passes for 317 yards and a pair of touchdowns.

The off-season between the 2018 and 2019 seasons saw major changes in the coaching staff with the firing of Kliff Kingsbury and hiring of Matt Wells, but Collins was poised to be a key contributor for the Red Raiders last season.

That was before an injury derailed his senior season.

After an appeal to the NCAA, Seth Collins will get a 6th year of eligibility and return to the Red Raiders for his final season.
