When you think of eating nuts for a snack during football or on a road trip, don't forget about pistachio nuts when looking at almonds and cashews.

Brenda Garcia with United Supermarkets joined me today to discuss the health benefits of pistachio nuts and tasty ways to eat them. According to Garcia, 1 serving of pistachios, which is about 49 is healthy and is a great source of healthy fats.

Garcia talked about 2 different types of pistachio flavors, honey roasted and spicy chili. Garcia suggested mixing the two with popcorn for a great trail mix snack.
