The Lubbock Duck Derby Is Family Fun for an Important Cause
On Saturday, May 20th, it's the 4th Annual Duck Derby & Fun Fest at the Buddy Holly Recreation Area.
Fun for the whole family gets underway at 11 a.m. and the ducks drop at 2 p.m. Cheering on the ducks is always a lot of fun.
For as little as $5 you can adopt a duck. Festivities include food, games, music and vendors. This event is a great reason to bring the family out to the park.
This is a major fundraiser to help the Legal Aid Society of Lubbock. They do important non-profit work for Lubbock and surrounding communities.
If you need legal representation and cannot afford it, they may be able to help you for free or at a reduced rate.Legal Aid Society of Lubbock can help with divorce, child custody and support, adoptions, protective orders in issues of domestic violence, living wills and more.
Come out for the 4th Annual Duck Derby & Fun Fest, a day of fun for the whole family, and help to raise money for this important cause.
