Junior League of Lubbock Pulls Out All the Stops for Holiday Happening [Video]
It's Holiday Happening time again, and that means a frenzy of shopping for everything you could imagine for the holidays: Lots and lots of clothes, shoes, jewelry and more. But did you know how much good the Junior League of Lubbock does with this annual fundraiser?
Along with massive amounts of volunteer hours put in by league members, the funds raised go to programs like Food2Kids, the YWCA's Fun 'N Sun Center, to help teach kids about nutrition and so much more.
So in the midst of the glitz, glamour, Santa Claus, Christmas trees and loads of merchandise for sale, remember that the Junior League of Lubbock pulls out all the stops to not only provide one of the most exciting events in Lubbock, but help children of all races, genders and socioeconomic backgrounds in West Texas.
You can see Holiday Happening for yourself from Nov. 18 - 22 at the Lubbock Memorial Civic Center. Visit the Junior League of Lubbock's official website for more information.
